DELF A1-B2

Diploma in French Language Studies

Introduction to the exam

Unlike the TCF, the DELF is a French language diploma, which means that its validity is permanent. Unlike the TCF, which places candidates on a level, the DELF is a test on a specific level, the candidate must therefore register for the desired DELF level. Many students wish to train for the DELF at level B2 because it can give access to higher education, depending on the criteria of the training and the institution chosen.

Introduction to the exam

Like the DELF, the DALF is a diploma with permanent validity. It concerns the highest levels in French, established by the CEFR (Common European Circle of Reference for Languages). These diplomas generally correspond to a project for access to higher education, levels C1 or C2 being able to correspond for example to a Master’s type diploma or a Doctorate project.
